My name is Valerie Nation. I am a Remote Notary Public and Signing Agent that specializes in top notch customer service. For over 27 years, I have worked with small and large companies in a variety of industries from agriculture and real estate to private and government agencies. With this diversity, I have had the opportunity to serve in many states and interact with all walks of life. I was commissioned for 4 years in Texas before moving to Florida. I was commissioned in Florida serving directly to a HOA community in Estero, FL. I decided to branch out and launch my mobile business in July 2023. I embarked on this venture because I noticed the great need in the SWFL area for the notarization of legal documents. I possess a unique set of skills coupled with a deep desire to serve my community with friendly and professional service. I have completed over 700 notarizations that include modification loans, commercial sales contract, reverse mortgages, refinance, buyer, seller, heloc. I now have a mobile office that includes a dual tray printer and mobile scanner. I attended the 2025 LSS conference and joined their 1:1 coaching mentorship.
