I never overbook appointments, allowing me to arrive 10 minutes early, and I maintain open communication in the rare event of a delay.

I understand the importance of error-free signings. All documents are carefully reviewed for accuracy before drop-off to prevent funding delays. I print according to PDF size, never double-sided, and scanbacks are promptly sent upon request using my mobile scanner. Documents are returned with urgency to meet next-day delivery deadlines.

I'm available seven days a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. I proudly serve Iredell, Alexander, Catawba, Wilkes, and Mecklenburg counties, with flexibility to travel beyond these areas when needed.
