Last FedEx pick-up - 7pm.  Last UPS pick-up 6:30pm.

Docs are scanned immediately from the table with an Epson 600W high speed scanner so Title can record & the Lender can start funding, plus travel with dual tray laser printer so last minute docs or changes are never an issue. Experienced with Buyer, Seller, Heloc, Refis, SBA, LLC, Commercial loans & files from multiple states including CA, TX, FL, CO, HI, NC, SC, VA, MD, DC, PA, TN, WA, OH, IL. Experienced with multi-million $ closings, as well POA and Trust closings, multiple files/parties & buyer/seller at the same table.

25 + years of corporate experience focused on client/public relations. Frequent communication is prioritized and understand the criticality of keeping all parties updated.

Surveys & all Tax documents are signed; docs requiring information are completed. Instructions from SS/Title/Lender are printed/highlighted & confirmed for completion. Late pick-up FedEx/UPS is 8:30pm.

Levels of training include: LSS, NNA Signing Agent & Notary Essentials, Notaries in Motion VA State Loan Docs & Notary Basics, VA Real World Notary w/Laura Biewer, ASN All States Notary. Member of ASN, NNA & VA Notary Assn.
