I’m Stacie, a mobile notary and loan signing agent based in Pacific Beach, San Diego, with more than six years of experience. I’m NNA, LSS, and Notary Academy certified.

I specialize in real estate loan signings, including seller packages, purchase transactions, HELOCs, and refinances, as well as estate planning documents and corporate and biotech notarizations. I serve Pacific Beach, La Jolla, UTC, Torrey Pines, Sorrento Valley, and surrounding San Diego neighborhoods.

Title companies, estate planning attorneys, clients work with me because I take the details seriously. I verify every document and signer carefully, follow California notarial law, lender and client’s instructions to the letter, and communicate clearly from booking through return shipping so there are no surprises. I’m punctual, professional, and patient, and I take the time to walk signers through their documents as they feel comfortable. As a notary, I  explain the process, but I don't give legal advice.
