Alongside over 5 years of comprehensive professional experience, I am a highly qualified Loan Signing Agent known for exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and robust coordination. I embarked on this wonderful opportunity in June of 2023. I am also known as a self- directed and adaptive team player, I thrive in independent work environments, dedicated to ensuring accurate and timely notarizations and signings.

In prior roles at renowned real estate lending companies for various loan types, I coordinated closing schedules, generated disclosures and loan documents, balanced Closing Disclosures, and managed funding. I also updated various Loan Origination Systems and assisted the post-closing team to ensure timely wholesale deliveries.

In other firms, I maintained investor relations and resolved various inquiries to address and solve problems efficiently. My ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved and provide timely solutions highlights my dedication to delivering top-notch service.

I hold an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. I’m well versed in loan document knowledge, know Texas State Notarial Laws. My deep understanding of TRID and RESPA compliances ensures I handle all loan processes with meticulous attention to regulatory standards. Additionally, confidentiality of highly sensitive information with layered authentication, limit accesses, and following GDPR guidelines.

I am proficient in verbal and written communication, and my technical skills include Adobe, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Encompass 360, CoreLogic, and several other automated underwriting systems. These tools, combined with my expertise, allow me to perform my duties efficiently and accurately.

I’m a mother of 2 of the most adorable kids, Chiwawa mixed dog, and wife. I enjoy cooking, live music, wine, art, comedy, friends and the holidays.
