I am a New Jersey Notary Public and New Jersey Title Producer with 20+ years of experience. I have performed over 10,000 closings in my career, including Land Acquisitions and Sales, Commercial and Residential Purchases and Sales, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Loan Modifications, NJHMFA Loans (Affordable Housing, ERMA and like programs), Home Equity Loans, 2nd Loans, Construction Loans, Deeds in Lieu, Foreclosures and Short Sales, SBA Loans.

I have been a Notary Public for over 25 years and a New Jersey Title Producer since 2006.

I not only work with Title but I also close for signing companies across the USA for properties located throughout the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska.

I perform General Notary work as well for Wills, Power of Attorneys, Health Care Directives, school documents, guarantees signatures, Proof of life, Motor Vehicle titles, Pension Fund paperwork, adoptions, divorce paperwork and other legal forms that require signatures.

My background is that I worked for a prestigious law firm handling large acquisitions and legal matters and then worked for a builder's title company where those previous transactions came across as residential communities.

I carry a printer, scanner and my laptop to ensure timely scanbacks.

I service all of New Jersey but mainly try to keep to Ocean and Monmouth Counties but I have gone out to Mercer, Middlesex, Burlington, Atlantic, Hudson and Union Counties upon request.
