I'm sure you have some great notaries on speed-dial that consistently perform top-notch signings for you (at least I hope you do), but for whatever reason, are unavailable at the moment. I'm also fairly certain that you've had the occasion to sample a few that have collectively made every mistake in the book, and enough more to write a sequel. I consider it a privilege to represent you at the closing table as an extension of your professional reputation. As a Loan Signing System certified signing agent, I have been thoroughly trained to walk borrowers through all kinds of forms and packages. But if borrowers have specific questions about terms or if numbers are off, I know not to overstep the authority of my commission and to call for clarification.

ALL FORMS will come back to you completely filled out: STATEMENT OF INFORMATION, TRUST CERTIFICATION, PCOR, etc. I know how to have borrowers fill out the Power of Attorney, and I'll get the signatures and correct date on the NOTICE OF RIGHT TO CANCEL. I understand that something as simple as a missing initial can cause funding conditions or push things past the expiration of a rate lock.

And I can do a signing any time of day or night -- I'm not picky. I'll even drive 2 hours to do a signing in order to earn your trust and confidence. And if at all possible, I will have the documents back to you and to FedEx the same day.
