I am an experienced, Fidelity Approved, Notary Signing Agent with over 5000 completed loan signings with companies such as signature closers, Solidifi, Amrock, Notary Go, and several direct relationships with title companies.  I am also a remote online notary (RON) using both Notarize (proof) as well as the secured signings platform. I am also a loan officer so I do understand the docs the clients are signing as well.

My Truck is equipped with: High speed Internet, a Laptop, and a Dual Tray Laser Printer, Copier, and Scanner. I make sure all docs are clean without any errors or mark throughs. There is no need for my clients to worry about initialing corrections as I simply print a new page for them.

I can scan all documents back immediately from the client's home. With my mobile set up I am available seven days a week and will take last minute and late-night appointments as I can print docs from anywhere at any time. I also know exactly where the latest Fedex and UPS Pickups are in my area to give you the best shot of getting your loan docs back in the mail the same day of the signing.

I use a triple check accuracy process to make sure your loan docs are received error free. I check the loan docs for accuracy: 1. During the signing process 2. I make a second pass through the docs after the client has signed all pages 3. I make a third pass through the loan docs at Fedex or UPS just to make sure we did not miss anything in the first 2 passes. Not only am I NNA certified but I am also certified via the Loan Signing System course. I have experience with hybrid signing and online signings. I am a Pavaso Certified Mobile Notary & Mobile eNotary My experience includes HELOCs, Tax Loans, Loan Modifications, Hybrid Signing, Reverse Mortgages, Refinances, Purchases, and Sellers packages.
