I pay particular attention to the most common sources of signing errors, including the Notice of Right to Cancel, Form 1003, and Patriot Act forms, ensuring all dates and information are precise. Client ID verification is a top priority, and I will always confirm the validity of all identification presented.

I guarantee all paperwork will be completed accurately and returned promptly. If the title company or lender is local, I will personally deliver the completed documents the same day. Otherwise, I will expedite the return by finding the closest drop-off location and mailing them the same day, providing you with a tracking number and receipt. Should any unforeseen errors occur, I will correct them swiftly and efficiently.
