I ensure that all your clients will have great signing experiences. I am very knowledgeable about the loan documents. I understand that a reverse mortgage typically has two sets of loan documents. I dont miss the inital signature on the 1003. I understand the importance of the rate lock deadline. This is why I have a portable scanner and can scan back at the signing table if needed. I know how to fill out a PCOR and a certification of trust. On the notice of right to cancel I make sure the borrower initials dates that change. I provide them with two copies and verify the recission date is correct. I don't just point and sign, I walk the borrower through the loan documents. If there is a question that I cant answer. I know to call the signing service or the loan officer. I am available anytime and will take any type of signing. My coverage counties are: Clayton, Fulton, Henry, Fayette, Coweta (but will travel outside of my coverage areas)  Thank you and I look forward to working with you.

  I specialize in helping people reach their goals with a smile. I have been a business owner since 2022. Interacting with people is my favorite part of the job. People say I’m an extrovert and they are right. I love animals, especially kittens and puppies. I’m adventurous.  I ride motorcycles and wave runners in my spare time. In my down time I like to read a really good book while sitting by the ocean listening to the waves.
