JoAnn Baptiste-Gates

I am an experienced Mobile Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent, providing dependable signing support for Escrow Officers, Title Companies, and Signing Services. With approximately 1,000 completed signings and 200+ five-star Google reviews, I know your signing agent must represent your company professionally, keep your clients comfortable and informed, and return a complete, accurately executed package. I am NNA Certified and Background-Screened, and I have completed Loan Signing System training. I take pride in being thorough, responsive, and dependable from the moment I accept an assignment through the final scan back and drop-off. What you can expect when you assign a signing to me: • Thorough review of the package for signatures, dates, initials, and missed fields • Special attention to critical documents, including the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 • Mobile scanning capability for prompt scan-backs when required • Clear and timely communication regarding the status of your signing • Professional interaction with your borrowers, buyers, and sellers • Reliable and timely FedEx/UPS drop-offs • Experience handling Refinances, HELOCs, Buyer Packages, Seller Packages, Trust and Estate Signings, and other real estate documents • Ability to accommodate last-minute and time-sensitive assignments My goal is simple: make the signing portion of your transaction one less thing you have to worry about. I proudly serve Riverside County and surrounding cities and would welcome the opportunity to become a trusted signing agent for your escrow or title team.
