I am expected to deliver a service on time without error to an organization which impacts their job and deliverables so I understand the importance of deadlines. I know how to go over PCORs, Trust Certs, Notice to Cancel, etc., and to ensure that all documents are properly signed and dated following a proper QA check. I understand the importance of making sure that the loan documents make the FedEx drop-off so I have a mobile scanner to ensure the documents are scanned before shipping back to their respective party(s). Last, being professional and creating a top tier client experience for all signers is my number one priority.
