Eileen Velez

Greetings!  I'm Eileen, a former Mortgage Underwriter from Central New Jersey with a passion for helping individuals achieve their homeownership goals.  I am an experienced notary and have worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. I transitioned from Mortgage Underwriter to Loan Signing Agent and with this I bring exceptional organization skills, a superb sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail. My extensive mortgage background supports my knowledge and understanding of the loan process and disclosures. I am committed to staying updated on the laws and best practices. 

I'm eager to leverage my skills in loan signing to contribute to the continued success and uphold the high standards that signing services and title companies are known for. 

Ever since I can remember, I've been fascinated by paperwork and education. This curiosity led me to pursue my first job as a receptionist at a small mortgage company, where I've had the opportunity to advance quickly to other positions.  Outside of work, you'll often find me gardening or playing pickleball. I believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
