Deborah J. Williams:  I have added a second office which is located in Makawao (Pukalani) Hawaii, 96768. This allows me to have full access to computers, printers, etc. in two locations on the island and gives me more flexibility in my assignments and service to my clients.  My primary physical location is Makawao, while 760 S. Kihei Rd, #508, Kihei, HI 96753, remains my primary business address. 

I am uniquely qualified as a Loan Signing Agent, having been a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, in the State of Hawaii, Island of Maui, for over 20 years. I started ATD Consultants in 2002. I am very familiar with Real Estate verbiage and loan documents.  I have done loan signings for buyers and sellers; reverse mortgages, loan modifications, first and seconds with HELOCs, marriage, divorce and heath-care documents, as well as many other assignments.
