Candace Garrett

Hi my name is Candace and I have worked at the TX Department of Public Safety for almost 10 years as of June 2024. I have had my fair share of swearing in customers that I process for driver's license and State ID's under oath. Before I can sign my signature all documents given must be looked at closely for accuracy or I could get in trouble. I am glad to say that I have had few errors in my almost 10 year career with the Department of Public Safety. I am person that pays attention to detail and corrects for accuracy. It is very important that all documents presented are vetted before I can sign my name. My current career has allowed me to be knowledgeable in the verification of identity documents. I recently decided to become a Notary Signing Agent this year and I'm excited to work with individuals and companies alike. With any new career things change and I look forward to keeping up with any policy changes that may occur in the state of TX so that I may do my job accurately. My hope is that despite my new experience as an official Notary Signing Agent in the State of Texas, that you would also consider working with me for my experience of extensive document checking with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
