Hello! My name is Aubree Broady and I am NNA Certified LSA for the states of Kentucky and Tennessee. I am located in Madisonville, KY and I'm willing to travel within 75 miles of my location. I am also a commissioned remote online notary in Kentucky. I have experience with Purchase, Seller, Reverse Mortgage, Refinance, HELOC, and Loan Modification documents. I strive to be very meticulous with each signing I conduct so that it is an error free signing due to how important it is to be on time for funding. I also make sure to answer each question I can from the signers to ensure I have met their needs as the Notary signing agent representing the company I am contracted with. If the signers have any legal and/or funding questions that I can not answer as the Notary Signing Agent, I will direct them to contact the proper party instructed in the loan package to also help have the smoothest signing possible. I pride myself in being a knowledgeable notary that not only understands my state laws, but also adheres to the code of conduct of notaries and stays up to date on any imminent information pertaining to loan signing agents.
