I am a notary public and licensed TIPIC in the state of Maryland.  I prioritize clear communication with my hiring party and ensure that any special requests are met. I am not just a point and sign notary, as I include a line-by-line review of the ALTA and a brief summary of each loan document.  I hope to leave both my signers and my hiring party happy with their experience of working with me. I offer immediate scanbacks after the signing and make every effort to drop off documents at FedEx or UPS the same day. I am flexible with travel and available for early morning or late evening appointments.
