Hi, I'm Alfred E. Johnson Jr., owner of AEJ Mobile Notary Solutions. Prior to my retirement, I served as a Specialist at the Texas Education Agency, working in the School Finance Department for over 20 years and helping district administrators follow legislative laws on budget allocation. Through this experience, I learned the importance of accurately calculating funding formulas for school districts. With this experience, I can ensure that loan documents, such as the PCOR, Trust Certification, Deed of Trust, and right to cancel forms, are properly completed to avoid adverse funding conditions.
